Coach Josh Paredes
From 3 years old to now soccer has been my life with the combination of my passion & purpose. I’ve experienced the sport at the highest levels from futsal and outdoor. It’s now time I provide my knowledge and learning principles the sport has given me in life to build confidence, teamwork, discipline, effort, and so much more to our athletes. I’m excited to provide an environment to cultivate the next generation of young Canadian talent from the grassroots setting all the way to open doors such as scholarships, and professional opportunities that only hard work & commitment can create.
At Elevate we take pride in everything we do and take no shortcuts because in life the long way is the most rewarding.

Soccer. What a beautiful sport. My reason for being a coach is to teach the kids to love the sport and give them a bit of what I have learned over the years playing soccer in Uruguay where they have competitive kids leagues, and certain teaching techniques to keep them engaged. I have been playing soccer since the age of 6. I played at Urreta FC then went to Mundialisto on Neuquen Argentina where teams from Italy & Brazil competed. My teen years I played at Liverpool FC UY, Croatia and other teams in first division in Toronto. Soccer is my life and passion.
Coach Edric Velazquez
Football is a passion that I have. Not only is it a passion, but its my lifestyle. Playing the game always makes me feel good and in my happy place. Teaching youth this beautiful game, makes me even happier. Seeing progress is always a goal of mine. I’ve played football since I was 4 years old and I’ve had many good coaches. Football will always be in my heart, and now I look forward to sharing that with coaching

Coaching has allowed me to train and show the boys & girls what soccer is about. Teaching them the right way to play the game of soccer, giving them the opportunities we weren’t able to have growing up. Hard work, discipline & dedication is the motto I follow.
